![]() With Windows 10 Microsoft has established a frequent and predictable upgrade cadence and if I see this correctly the same is slowly applying to other products as well.Īm I unreasonable with my push for moving away from what I consider old school admin behavior from my existing SCCM admin? Overall he is slow in providing me with new images or software catalog updates and my team is deploying Win 10 "1903" and a lot of manual tasks are needed to complete a built. The response was that SCCM was just upgraded to "1910" and the the admin wants to wait for the first rollup package before even looking at a SCCM 2002 at all. I am always at the forefront of technology and so last week I inquired about getting a Windows 10 "2004" image for testing. So, I am wondering if I am just pushing the limits or if the individual is just "old school" and I do not mean this in a bad way. I am growing more and more frustrated about the lack of service options and updates I am receiving from the SCCM admin. I do not manage nor am I the admin of our SCCM environment, but as the service desk manager I am one of the main "customers" internally.
